FLORIDA WOMAN CHARGED WITH CHILD ABUSE AFTER WHOOPING SOMEONE ELSE’S CHILD WITH BELT

A lady allegedly assaulted another child at a Florida City school and is now facing charges of child abuse without serious bodily harm, educational interruption, and trespassing a school safety zone, according to police.

According to WTVJ, Kady Ann Sewell, 33, assaulted a kid with a belt at Bethel Seventh Day Adventist private school after the victim retaliated against Sewell's bully son.

Zendre Pollard, the mother of the 13-year-old boy who was slashed with the belt, said her son was bullied by Sewell's son and was only responsible for defending himself.

"He called and said someone was fat-shaming him, and he picked up the boy and put him back on his feet," Pollard recalled.

Sewell was apprehended Saturday morning after he was not seen at home or at work since the assault, which was captured on film.

"The mother enters, yelling and shouting at my child and slapping him across the face!" Pollard pointed to his head, face, and arms.

She claims she is filing charges against Sewell, whom she knew, since her son has seizures and the assault may have been fatal.

"My son might have died if he had a seizure." Anything. She remarked, "You're just bashing him in the head."

After the event, Pollard claims her son sustained a cracked lip.

Pollard has been given a restraining order against the belt-wiedling mother, according to the site.

She also wants answers from school officials about how Sewell was able to enter the school during school hours, beat her kid, and then leave.

POLLARD SAID, "HOW DID THIS LADY GET THIS FAR, WAS ABLE TO HIT MY CHILD MULTIPLE TIMES, AND YOU SAW IT WASN'T BROKEN UP, SHE WALKED OUT CALMLY." "IT WASN'T SAFE FOR MY CHILD. MY SON WAS BULLIED FIRST BY HER SON, THEN BULLIED AGAIN BY THE MOM."

Sewell is being held on a $6,000 bond, according to booking records.
